A PREPARATION OF THE TEACHING PRACTICUM IN BATAM-INDONESIA

This study gathered data from Pre-Service Teachers (PSTs) in preparation for teaching practicum at a university Indonesia. The utilized qualitative approach to comprehend the current practices preparing participants of and identifying essential aspects needed be addressed by research (PSTs, Practicum Supervisors, Classroom Supervisors). found several courses that have helped PSTs scaffolding their journey toward practicum, including curriculum material development, micro-teaching, orientation. However, as conduct dynamic challenges were inevitably evident throughout journey. skills knowledge they studied not been able fully practicum.
